Up in Smoke

There are times that I’m thankful that Marc smokes a pipe, as the smoke it produces can often make for some great atmosphere in photos.  At the living history timeline at Carlisle Barracks that Marc and I attended last weekend, I got some great shots of both him and another reenactor in our WWI trench line smoking their pipes, and they’re some of my favorites from that day.  In each shot, the smoke really is part of what “makes” the shot.  What do you think?
